Reliability/Cost in 4th and 5th year of ownership?

I bet the price you paid also helped. 72k on the dot is fine if you've warently if it breaks under warently they pay up and give you a whole new engine. The costs fo just a few parts ie throttle body etc add p quickly meaning the warently very good value often. I've got it till 90k I think...

    Do i need a resistor for a 172 ph1

You need one. 4 ohms should be fine. You need it else the system knows its missing and sets the warning light off which is annoying.

    An hours labour I'd say.
  25. E

    182 6-Speed

Yep its not worth it unless you do mega miles. But so long as you don't make it silly should be fine 3k at 8MPH should be fine instead of 4k. Chnage up would be a pain you'd have to get to 5k or so before change up in 4th.

    Fitting Cat Back Exhaust

I'm not sure how much the Ktec one replaces but its easier chnaging exhaust on a 4 post ramp by miles you can do it on a drive though if you want.
  27. E

    182 6-Speed

You just want to change 5th idealy not increase all the gears. Chnaging 5th along quite easy would have to look but I think the diesel 5th longer not sure for certainn so its a cheap swop.
