The rear braking effort is just very low on them, low enough that they often fail on mot's and there is a vosa certificate for it. Nothing to worry about mate.
And the grammar thing, it's only to make it easier for people to comprehend what you're saying. Shortening words and leaving out punctuation makes it very difficult to read.
I'm looking at doing exactly the same thing with mine :) as much as I'd like to think I'll have it ready by 2012, we'll have to wait and see....

ET is the offset of the wheel matey, the lower the number, the further out the wheel will sit...
I have ET37 15's on my cup and they work fine, so some spacers should solve your problem. As said, get some decent ones though.

Cambelt is specialist ONLY. Not somewhere that I want to 'save' money.
I bought my cup when it needed rear shocks and a cambelt, paid about £600 less than it would be worth with them done, cost me £350. Win.
I'd say the uniroyal and the hankooks are pretty similar... Couldn't comment on the UR overheating thing as I only used them over winter, but I'm yet to overheat my hankook's, even on a very spirited drive in very hot weather. I'm taking them on track next week so I'll see how they fair round...
