right basically my old tv (crappy sanyo thing) had a very good picture and no reception problems
i recently bought a samsung 32" flat screen jobbie with built in freeview
i plugged in the aerial (there is a feed throughout the house to the main aerial, this also means you can watch whatever...
we have to authorise new tyres on a driven axle to match the other side, but that's just good practice, don't think it's the law.
the maserati we had not so long back, main dealer said we had to fit a matching tyre on the opposite side (undamaged) just as a precaution so that both tyres were...
or whatever it's called
how hard is it to replace just one pin
i'm pretty sure i have a loose connection so it's either a) the actual pin that connects to the ecu or b) the connection between the wire and the pin
i have resided on this being one of the problems, as over the weekend my car...
depends what has been registered
if it is marked as stolen and gives the local police number to contact, then is recovered with no damage, it may well not go onto the register, the 'stolen' status is cleared when the vehicle is recovered

what else would cause it to run like that? btw the inlet smells of fuel, as do the spark plugs and the oil filler cap, could that be just due to attempting to start it a few times?
could...
Fred, did you get my email (your pm box is full) about the timing tools?
i did it at both the cylinder closest to flywheel (pictured) and cylinder closest to cambelt (not pictured) as i couldn't remember which was number 1
both times it showed they didnt line up perfectly with each other...
right, when the cambelt was first done we checked it time and time again by turning it over by hand, checking the tensioner and checking the locking tools slotted in, which they did
it ran and idled without any problems in that car
since then i have moved the engine into another car, the...
