Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project no the renaultsport wheel is a 6 hole setup with no centre hole my valver had a bolt and the cup car had a nut? right through the centre, so no the standard setup doesnt work

gally will prob add to this ;) major parts for renewal: bonnet bumper both headlamps rad air con (not sure if it has it) crossmember bumper reinforcement slam panel bonnet lock paintwork: bonnet bumper blend wings (may need a repair also if they are bowed or damaged where the bumper fixings...

johnnybravo - don't forget that there is a balancing hole just next to the hole for the timing pin, so make sure you arent pushing your pin into that and thinking it's timed up :) the guide on fastchip explains it still fancy doing it by eye? ;)

key word ;) you can check it by eye if you like, but it still might be out dont forget to check the crank is in the correct position aswell as the cams (can use a drill bit rather than the proper pin for that)

i think you'll find the 'guessers' are correct ;)
