DCi is a very very cheap car to run. Imo, only buy a high mileage one if it has been well looked after with FULL service history.

Fuel pump and coil share the same feed. The fuel pump relay is one of the little black ones behind the passenger headlight.

Mazda 3 MPS - Much rather that than the focus st equivilant.

A new clutch and genuine cable will sort it.

Its not coded no but you do have to erase the memorised values from the ECU when you have renewed it. So technically true.

Why bother? There more trouble than there worth!

You will have broken one of the injectors when doing the oil filter. ( I have done this myself) Check very carefully number 2 injector where the electrical connector meets. If you flex it slightly it will have broken. There about £50 iirc.

As above, could be a chuffing injector. Could even be diesel knock, this can sound horrendous! Has it done moon miles?

It will need configuring inside the UCH yes. Renault only job!

LED sidelights only work when put in one way. Check the fuses. Does the drivers side rear sidelight work? If not, the fuse has gone.

Its most probably the alarm that has got wet. Try dissconecting it. Its under the passengers side scuttle panel.

Easy on a 182. Not so easy on a 172. It will be obvious when you get your head underneath.

I still reckon its what i said. The lower collapsible shaft.

Iv replaced a few of the lower shafts on the ph 2 because of a clicking/clunking noise. You can get this shaft seperatly (suprise suprise renault make somthing you can buy seperatly!), take an hour to fit tops.

Its a red herring. Alot of them bring it up. Dont worry about it.

I like it how it is. Lol at colour coding and putting sport wheels on it!
