    Bleeding brakes on a 182

I agree with fred so long as you let each one flow a fair bit of fluid out then it doesn't matter. The problem is most people don't let enough air run out particulay out of the rear brakes.

To remove the bumper 1 bolt on the inside of the bumper I fget which way they face there just the one one each side though. There the 4 or so bolt holding the bumper cover bit to the subframe although you can unclip the plastic bit instead if you want. Then there the bolt under the bonnet...

36K Service (I know it's been asked in the past)

The original belt was originaly designed to last 72k but they failed that much and sicne when it fails 99% of the time it takes out the camebtl so its new engine time Renault chnaged it to 36k and there been few problems ever since. IMO never ever least the belt on regardless of condition.

Do you know what this is for and where it goes?

You won't see much. Have you tried the dashboard trick shows how much fuel the pump is pushing when your driving along. Does the car idle well? Check your spark plug they might be dirty indicating overfuleing hence a MAp or lambeda sensor possible problem.

    1.8 Clio RSi

Nope you can get 60mm springs normally. You cna get custom springs made up if you realy wanted to. I'd never recomend just springs though the damers were out quicker the ride isn't ideal either.

FAO Lowered Clio Owners - Have Problems?

They can use the alloys itself depend on the setup they have. Yep to adjust the tracking you need to get the car over a pit or up the air to get to the track road ends.

    ARB interchangable to 1.2

The 172/182 ARb won't fit plus its not the stifest they made the 1.6 16V and diesel 1.5 models have the stiffes at 24mm the 1.2 is 22 mm and the 172 23mm (not exactly sure if there the mm sizes). The Rs won't fit anway since the wishbones are different.

    1.8 Clio RSi

Williams are quite a bit differetn 16V yep but 2.0 bottom ends. Good cars the Rsi's very much underrated the 1.8 16V and Williams saw to that. Personaly first things I'd sort are all new bsuhes ball joint etc tiidy up the stock spec first. The williams forum is veyr good more Mk1...

Yep rally day insurance is an the option. But day normal insurance from dayinsurance.com is cheaper often £10 a day but you cannot use it to buy road fund so you'd ned to either get a policy then cancel it within 14 days and get your money back as you only need a certificate for the froad fund...

Renault have to prove the mod is responsible for the fault to refuse to pay.
