Thats all you will need exept two cam end oil seals they will have to break to get out and the aux belt tensioner. The F4R uses a specific crank locking pin but the same camshaft locking tools as the K4M engine. If there a cambelt specialist, Im sure they know all about floating systems.
Sounds like the oil feed for the turbo where it screws into the block. If its tight, take the pipe out and check the o ring. Easier said than done though.
Sensor is behind the rear view mirror in the winscreen. But you probably just need to turn them back on. With the ignition on and engine off, flick the sidelights on - off - on - off. Then it will beep.

If its the type with cir clips wipe away all the grease and look for it on the shaft in the joint. Then just splay it and hit the joint as close to the centre as possible.
