Theres 3 16mm bolts that bolts the mount to the gearbox which are screwed into the box casing. Is it one of these your talking about?

Thats all you will need exept two cam end oil seals they will have to break to get out and the aux belt tensioner. The F4R uses a specific crank locking pin but the same camshaft locking tools as the K4M engine. If there a cambelt specialist, Im sure they know all about floating systems.

Broken wires behind the steering wheel 100%. You will need a new rotary switch. About an hours labour and about 50 quid off the top of my head.

Also make sure the lug on the back of the pad lines up with one of the slots in the piston.

Sounds like the oil feed for the turbo where it screws into the block. If its tight, take the pipe out and check the o ring. Easier said than done though.

Sensor is behind the rear view mirror in the winscreen. But you probably just need to turn them back on. With the ignition on and engine off, flick the sidelights on - off - on - off. Then it will beep. Hope this helps.

Has it got auto lights? If it has it will have auto wipers. Also see if it has the sensor behind the rear view mirror.

Have you got the switch on the wiper stalk which can change the time inbetween wipes?

There behind the rear lights, take them off and sand down the contact surfaces.

You sure its not coming from the interier light area? If so, its normal. Its the recirculation motor for the climate control.

If its the type with cir clips wipe away all the grease and look for it on the shaft in the joint. Then just splay it and hit the joint as close to the centre as possible. If the joint and shaft are one peice, you have to take the shaft out and put it on from the other end.
