    Passed the TEST!

Welcome buddy! Best things for the 1.2's are body colouring, sport wheels and cheapy coilovers.... Low'n'slow ftw! Ps. First time 4 minors :) one of which was for taking racing lines down a country lane. (all on the right side of the road obviously)

    Clio 200 must have extra's??

But they are lovely :) Edit: they're lovely on a liquid yellow. Not sure how the yellow seats would look with other colours..... Plus, I think they'll be sought after when you come to sell it.

New and looking for my 1st RS Clio - Help

^^^ as long as thebelts have been done (with reciepts to show) by a reputable specialist, then I wouldn't worry. Main things are, as said, belts changed twice as they need doing every 5 years. The second thing is a full dealer/specialist service history. Maintenance is really important with...

Need a new set of wheels! Recommendations?

Rainsports are also very good. I have them on my car at the moment. I went for the Hankook's over the rainsports on my new wheels simply because they're better on track. On road, both very capable. Not a lot to tell between them. Try www.blackcircles.com They're a tiny bit more expensive, but...

Has Anyone got a Clio Gordini

I honestly don't mind the gordini. Get one without the stripes and spec the speedlines and you're on to a winner IMO. Edit: didn't realise they're more than a specced 200.... Don't bother if that's the case.

    cup steering wheel

Mine's in a s**t state at the mo. I bought a Sabelt cup racer wheel in the group buy, but there's a guy on here (can't remember his name) who offers a very very good retrimming service. £150 iirc.

    Another bloody wheel decision thread!

I was only worried about time as my front tyres are past their best. The main thing was the extra £160 But I rang them thismorning and have gone for the ultras. Just needed to know I was doing the right thing :)

    Another bloody wheel decision thread!

You've both clarified what I was thinking.... I was just worrying that I was being stupid paying an extra £160 to save 400g / wheel!
