only because of their reaction; I will not be going to BB and will tell everyone i talk to about them not to go there unless they sort out this situation to your satisfaction. the fact that you aint got what you wanted could be purely down to communication.

only thing i'd point out is that your exhaust looks to be aiming at your rear tyre....... not good if your planning to drive it!!! will feck up the stability of the tyre at high speeds :(
i'd be in a cell now if i'd been caught doing what i shouldn't on the way to cadwell. Thinking a 3 hr journey was a two hour journey and not knowing where the feck your going as it's 5 am and your brain aint working is a ticket to disaster.....

lol, was on about this last week..... whatever they say insurance companies make up premiums. I've got mates the do quotes and they know the market so will come up with a figure in the 'ball park' then they like to check how accurate it is by asking what's your best quote? then if they can...

lol, this happended to me when i borrowed an LS430. s**t myself that I'd have to fork out for a new system as its all integrated with the Sat NAt etc, not cheap in a lexus.
Switching the car off, kicking the head unit and using a knife to ry and lift it out worked fine. wouldn't recommend it...

got ickle dents on the passenger side 'cause of supermkt car parks. As it's a crime not to report an accident they should help the public track down who dents cars - their insurance premium going thru the roof will make 'em more carefull in future. p1sses me off a right treat.
only 2 i'd recommend are Privilage and greenlight for RS models. Privilage seem to be the cheapest but Greenlight the best value when you take into a/c any mods or track days etc.
