I have a set of eibach sportlines off my old 172 and with the good weather I am thinking of putting them on my 182. Problem is they are peeling/bubbling and a bit rusty, do I put them on or are they for the bin? Dom

no mine is on releasing the clutch but if I accelerate more its worse, ie just lift clutch nothing and seems worse on uphills when needing to give it more gas or when pulling off from a junction while turning. Could it be an engine mount causing the manifold to touch the subframe??

not sure if the compressor is coming on to be honest, I dont remember what it sounded like now. Chrisgti6 think you have the right idea, Ive wasted so much time on it I could have earned a refill

can I remove it with the kits halfords sell? they are a bit crap because the dont fit scenics. Getting very annoying now

used it regularly in the last 2 months, halfords kit showed it to be well pressured

Hi, Another dodgy aircon query. Done a pressure check, bit high if anything and checked the cogged bit isnt chewwed in the footwell. Any ideas whats up with my climate control? thanks in advance Dom

i wondered that but under harder acceleration I feel a bit of vibration through the accelerator pedal, seems a link

bugging me this but some days my exhaust sticks out more than others, could it be a worn engine mount?

Oh thats nasty Thunderstarter, before I undertake this fix how do I know its not just my aircon gas that needs refilling?

Well in mine if on a flat and I just lift the clutch with no throttle I wont get the noise. Definately dont get it on depressing the clutch. Its a definite grumble/grind if I put my right foot down a little bit?

The new top mounts, do they compensate for the renault faulty rubbing top mounts? spacer washers?

When I am pulling off I occasionally get a grind noise which I can feel through the clutch pedal. My car has only done 40k and the clutch doesnt seem to be slipping, any ideas?

Thats what I think I will try tomorrow if it ever stops raining, wire brush it too to get the wd40 worked in. I think its never moved since the factory

to save the spanner section because it is beginning to round off I have been trying on the rounded section. Might just entrust in to my local?!
