Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project

pop the front wheel off and measure the distance between the shock bolts center to center, if its 60mm you have the cup pack suspension, if not, you dont..
well I went for FK as they were ok on my old car, and not a bad price, plus i was making the holes bigger so didnt want to be modifying 700quid coilovers etc
They have been spot on to be honest, well good enough for me at the moment. Done about 10k or so and had no issues, and about 2k with the...

Wiring, are you keeping the valver loom inside etc and merging...

williams shocks/coilovers are different, due to them being made for williams widetrack
the exact same happens if you run valver shocks on williams widetrack
you now have 172 widetrack that is even wider than williams widetrack, with valver shocks, so...
Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project

Anyway, we towed the car to the factory without a box mount on, then ive been doing it there. Put a fresh mount on (with no rounded holes), and a fresh rubber top bit.....put...

Looked before I started the 172 conversion for a unit, looked for over a month and found nothing within a reasonable distance, so i might...
