Can you not just get a loan for the V now?
I'd personally take the Williams off the road for say a week or so strip as much as you feel safe off it and replace all bits which look like trouble whch will cost a few quid. Then sell the 172 and least you'll know the Williams is as reliable as it...
They'll use a different variat engine there a few to choice from.
You can see its heading to a low pressure ~165hp model later on in the Mk3 run though using the new 6 speed box as the 197 but the 197 will have been upgraded.
Same panle in the normal and RS foots just the none RS Uk cars have a piece removed to make a sunroof during the construction of the roof the normal once arn't removed.
Get them to do it.
I'll get pics tomorrow as I've a hub in the garage.
removing the snesor might be a bit of apin you'll end up probably leaving it inplace and spraying something as close as you can and hope its cleaned it.
You might find the sensors just not connected.
yep sensors might need cleaning hey should have (from memory) .5 to 1.5mm gapping between sensor and the wheel pictup but its probably got oil on it won't take long to fix.
Just be be sure they might have changed them.
If the engine was in pieces to fix the pump they might have got the OK from Renault to replace them just incase they were wrong they'd only know when the engine back together so another bill to strip it and and change them.
Any links as the Ktec site doesn't work for me I've had a Scorpian system though and decat pipes are much the same so ill fit though.
Scorpian systems are a bit rubish IMO though.
Would have been nice but the 105hp dci engine has found the limit of the new gearbox so you'd have to use a PK6 etc which is a big box with associated weight. Until they make another strong 6 speed box I'd think a stong dci is off the cards. They do have one in desing at the moment though I...
They are brand new ones though which when you add up used one mihgt need new pads disk etc it might not look so bad. Matts got a few 172 and at least 1 used 182 one as well which will be less as Jon said he paid £180
5-40 for most uses
4.5 liters I think you need from memory.
I used aload of different types Silkline Pro is good i used 10-60 racing stuff but my car was my track car so never did any normal miles I used thw Vauxhall stuff as it was cheap for a bit but 120 degrees sustaned on track used to...
Was bound to happen they were talking about GT type model Clio before the car was even released.
I quite like the idea as Si said its a Tys whereas the 197 is the type R of the range.
Its gains thoughout the rev range and say 5~10 top end depends how good it is.
Not difficult depends what bits you use a whole Williams engine is easier than a bottom end. Also cams etc are much more efficinet on a 2.0 bottom end.
I'll find a picture.
If the sensors giving out reading even if there wrong the computer won't throw an error.
I'll get a picture.
Clarkie good though will help you out.
Renault Yeovil I've some similar remarks as to there knowedge and value for money.
Wait a second DF078 is an climate control issue dealing with the sensor where the interier lights are your problem is the ESP problem so that failure isn't linked.
Most likly your probelm isn't throwing a warninbg light as its working as it should the sensors are giving did results.
There 5...
Best do a search most peopel go to coilovers though H and R come higly reomended but there £700 or so.
If it was my money I'd spend the extra for H and R's or just stick the money on a holiday/track day /learning to drive on track.
