Driving over to the 'ring a couple of weeks back, my mate's 197 was doing 32mpg, and we certainly weren't racing. That was just sitting at 70 for the most part.

The weight does make them feel a bit more sluggish in my experience. They don't appear to have quite the instant pick-up of a 1*2 and it feels like you have to work them a bit harder. I bet there is virtually no difference in reality though. The 197/200 just doesn't feel as quick because it's...
