The Cup is just as unrelaible as a normal 172 it still has the complex electronics. The best one to get for simple wiring etc is the phase 1 172 there cheaper but also older so they could be more trouble due to there age.
I think mines bent which is making the handling abit funny. Renault warently might be having a call tomorrow. I don't understand why a rear axle has bent in three years its got to be a manurfacturing failure.
Details here its 18k or every 2 years whicever is sooner.

The books were wrongly printed as they were just edited from foreighen model Renault Uk if you contact them give some sort of evidence of the 18k servicing rules.
Why has she taken the car in for a 12k service the dci's run 18K servicing on the Clios? Its only the RS which need 12k servicing for warently.
£200 is expensive for that I'd say £100 or £150 at best.
I've just checked my last bank statement £220 on fuel excluding stuff I paid for cash (possibly £50 extra or so).
From my quick maths I've spend a few quid short of £1.2k on fuel since January.
The best thing I've found is to run to just half emply then it doesn't cost as much when you...
There no imports for the Cup the Cup sold on the continet was called the Raangette or something like that it is different as it doesn't even have a rear wiper to save weight and cost inside I think air con wasd more popular and there again were some silvers but thats it.
The only ay it could...
You can get ther thrird years warently from Renault for free just tell them its a EU import and they will sort it out.
As for parts find a similar ages car of the same spec and note its registration but delaers can find out part number if they try if they know there car codes.
Yep that can well be.
Renault say pads shouldn't get thinner than a certain size (details here)
Front and rear brake information for the Mk1 V6 and the 172 and 182's

But you can run them lower its just not a good an idea...
You only need a new metal bit which is £12 from Renault they need a few days to order them as thee special delivery from France (you'll need to show your documents).
The metal part of the key can be seperated when you take the remote to pieces so you can do it yourself.
If you want to ttake...
I'd just tell them to take them off you never aked them to put them on. You can get disk for £60 and nrmal pads for £30 or so. Doens't take long to do 40 minutes or so.
I know of people who've been aksed to pay before but unless you agree for them to do it they shouldn't do it. You don't have...
I'd assume your on about a Mk1 Clio?
The swops not to difficult if so the old rack can be used just need to make up an idler belt or make some way round using shorter AUX belts so the pump isn't an issue.
You'd need all the pipework exhaust radiator engine, mounts, ECu and wiring engine...
The 182 don't have a rear tyre wellthe ehaust sits where on a normal 172 or non RS spare wheel sits.
the exhaust wouldn't be reight for a dci anyway though its to big realy.
Unless you want to save a bit get the garage to do it the nuts will be rusty so it will take a bit to move them.
There are guides on how to do it yourself though.
PS I'd chnage the springs and dampers and use some decinet springs not just universal ones.
I'd say £4k from a dealerships not a bd price since he'll have to give it a warently.
Make sure its had its cambelt done or use this to barted down the price a few hundred.
You can buy the 182 rear floor pan its basically a sheel of metal.
The 182 lost the spare wheel for a few reasons
1) Saved weight so performace was better
2) the twin exhaust like the V6 was cheap to make if there no rear wheel well.
3) Saved money as a wheel whilct only costing say £20...
