A few of the 172 who've done top speeds runs in Germany have hit the chnage up lights and rev limiters.
Mines 187kph (116mph) in my dci as verified by the GPS clock was showing over 120mph.
I only ever took my Williams to 120 or so.
Yep not been washed since FCS. ioe about 2k ago.
There a slight issue that the windscreen is so full of flies that there stuck on hard I cannot get them off.
Yep it was me at FCS on track though.
If you think the car on the outside was quick you should have seen the Porche and BMW which...
Just to prove that it will do it here the video will try sort a better one tomorrow.
All that and over 40 mpg flat out with just 65hp.
RPM is the limit its at 4.5k at these speeds.
PS all German drivers are nutters.

The 182's don't come with mudflaps even as an option. You cna modify normal ones to fit.
If you want I'll get some pics of my car with mud flaps but its a none RS.
Depedns my last set were cracekd (I'd done about track days one after another incluidng Bedford which killed them). You couldn't tell they were cracked till they were removed.
Nope the 105 dci CLio/Modus and the 197 use the new gearbox I forget its code but its a whole new one developed with Renault and Nissan.#
The 105 dci/197 one though has a 240NM max torrque rating on it with a warently.
Best ask Matt Black on here or phone him he works for Renault specialist breakers in Accrington and talk to him.
Best idea would be to buy a crashed whole Megan and swop the whole wiring looms etc.
Check pressures and tracking.
Shoks should last 50k minimum mine are hammered and lasted 50k or so before it has got bad but even at 67k there still ok realy just not on track.
It depends what you want personally I'd go to new shocks and springs ie coilover or stick with stock. I don't like just springs as modified springs wear shocks and just arn't right hadling wise.
I'd drop subrame them lower the engine and drop the gearbox like that.
However if you want to try the belt take the subframe off and drop the whole engine and lift the car over the engie and you'll find how to do the belt easier.
