Just use the stock stuff and change it ever 9k it does wonders. You can tell the difference.
There is special Millers 5-40 diesel oil out now but I'd just stick with the stock stuff its approved for most cars.
Usualy there covered in the oil but an easy way is to push down on the corner of the car and if the car keeps rocking when you let got of it then the shocks gone.
Its an MOT failure if they dn't stop rocking once the car has risen up once.
Have a look at the attached photo of the disk which were on a Clio.
The picture doesn't show how bad the corrosion and thinness is as well.
Interesitingly the front sides of the disk weren't to bad (maybe as this is the side which get washed with water which removes the muck).
Nope you cannot the back is fixed.
The only adustment is the angle spacers Yozzasprot and Renault sport Cup racers use but you don't need them unless your into serious racing.
You may have bent the back axle bit as Frds done its somehting like £40 for the new part.
I'm 6 4 and its not the best place. I ddrove a trophy once on track ie it had the recars and it was way to high but then again I never looked for an adjuster for height when I sat in.
Yep the ignition barrel will swip.
Stick your key in it and turn it to the middle of the a and m postion then undo the screw holding it in (if present) and then press in with a screwdriver the little metal thingie and pull the lock out with the key.
Just need to unplug the connectros first.

You need a press to chnage bearing hence why you need to get either a new or second hand hub or get a garage to press the bearings out there no way round it.
Thing is check the oil it may nver have been serviced i know of some people who do this just run a car for miles sell with no service history and they've saved £700 in servicing and only loose £500 when they come to sell. Its even worse with big cars I know a Honda which did 60k on the same...
Mine 55k or so on a 52 plate there no problem cam belts at 72k though and thats expensive so remember that.
I'd say more like £3k.
I'm looking at £3.1k trade in on my dci in dynamic spec with full Renault warently for 2 yrs and it has metalic paint CD alrm etc.
Now you see thats where peoples opinions are divided there are those of us that spell it my my (me) and there are those who spell it like you just did. Who knows whos' right
Arr wheres the spell checker function.
