    1. Reliabilty? Any problems with the v6's? There quite relaible there basically a Laguna V6 with a menaul gearbox ramed into the back of a Clio so there quite good gearbox arn't going to break any records but so what none of them do. Thats not the point of the V6 anyway. Coil can break a lot...

    2.0 bottom end either from the Megan of the age or the Williams is a direct fit. The 16V head fits both fine but isn't as good at making power as the Williams one due to smaller bits and bobs.     I don't have it here unfortunatly but go to any dealership and tell them registration HK02 XOL thats a Cup 172 one. There something like £7 each I think.

    Thats a contant adverager not a total adverager although I think VAGS have both a short and a long term ie since reset adverager. Still its not bad it works on Clios what else do you want.

    It should be acurate the MPG as its based on the ECU injection quantities. Mines accurate to about minus half a percent thats over 15k or so of driving comparing fuel put in the tank with fuel purchased (I was a bit bored so I logged it)

    Leave the rear lines they do nothing anyay and other jobs will be more of a challenge if your pressed for time the same for the fan no need if the engine gets hot just do what I do stick the heater on full blast hot and open the windows if it gets to hot mines never gets hot on track doing this...

    FK's Dont fit!

    Jsut swop the hubs £60 or so your lookignf rot different 52mm spaced ones dead easy to chnage only an extra 4 or 5 bolts to undo depending on if you chance the bottom ball joint. Would only take a few minutes extra. Ben_P might have some 52mm hubs though might be worth PMing him.

    I'd ask for compensating if they sold it to you knowing its been wrongly serviced after all Renault Uk might start asking for payment if you have any trouble when they will say correct servicing would have fixed the issue.

    Yep 58mm or 60mm instead of the non Cup packed which have 172 ones which are 54mm spacing No spring will be the same size its just there stonger just down to a slight thicknes schnage but for cahnges this small its not a huge amaount.

    You don't want they chnaging the boot alone even though they can plus no dealer mechain wants the job of fittng one its chaper to get a whole new shaft. They should be serviced ever 12k though not 18k

    Different amount of camber 0 30' on the none cuped verses the 0 45' on the cup packed cars. Thats the only setup difference abd that only at the front. 3mm lower on Cup packed cars but the stock setup has a tolerance of 5mm in it so a Cup packed car can be higher than none CUp packed car...

    182 conversion

    Its not realy a prob;lem whichever you don't have as you can get new ones and reprogrammed anyway the only problems is if you don't know either chassic codes or number plates. New plips uncodes are £40 or so then its say 1 hour to get two (you want two ideally) coded.

    The ECU brakcet isn't very stong and another common failure so no problem there. The work will have been done under warently ie the daelership writes up a bill and sends it to Renault and Renault reemburse the garage.

    195/65/15 measn its for a 15 inch alloy a 16 inch alloys tyre size would be 192/65/16. The last numbers says how big an alloy it will fit. Thats ize rim sounds fine maybe a little small in but it should be fine. Try mytyres.co.uk for tyre prices and between £5 and £10 for a garage per wheel...

    You've got a rare set the 52mm ones are very rare the common sizze is 58mm they supply. you can just go buy some 52mm hubs if you want there a direct fitment.

    mk2 ph2 1.4 idling very low

    They should idle about 800rpm give or take 50rpm and thats with A/C off etc. I don't know how you think its idling at 500rpm as the gauge doesn't read that low though.
