How long is a bit of string realy.
156k though is good going and assiming its been serviced regularly and goes on long journeys ie gets hot then it could go for another 150k maybe.
Even if the engine or box etc does need changing you could get a whole new engine and box for a few hundred...
Renault dealership will give you a car fror free but they often have a problem with under 21 and I had to (when they realised I was under 21) to get my own insurance company to give me a cover note.
Most companies cover you though is the cars in for warently work.
£225 is a good price though...
The one the IPods use didnt work very well at all in my car when my mate was meesing with his. But he said it was fine is him mums KA and dads Passat.
It can be made to work though just got to figure out how to do it easily as me mate has just bought a Clio.
Brakes are dead easy to do you cna get new pads and disk from Europarts/Halfords for £50 and fit them yourself in under an hour.
Brakes life depends how you drive my pads were gone at 18k and I didnt think I drove it hard during that time.
Nope there isnt one as far as Im aware it would require a complicated bit of equipment to do that as your have to encode the signal and make it act like it was a cd.
Only options would be to cut into the looms and take over the speakers as such.
Its illegal but you could make the signal into...
I had a smiliar problem took a few attempts for them to fix it as they initially claimed I was wrong and it has never happened before.
Last time it was in they fixed some loose earning wire and its never happened since.
Could just be your not used to it.
If the valves hit the pistons youd know when it all goes bang. Stock valves springs are good for ~9.2k before they hit the pistons. Other bits wont live at that sort of RPM though.
I used Adrian flux/ Highway was £750 But allowed to modifty which makes them cheaper than anyone else.
Im 22 with 2 yrs NCB.
Mate just got insure with Tesco (are good) at 21 for £900 as a first car.
Renault will fix it under warently its a common problem due to cheap usless Renault electricalians.
Renault will just cut the errr brown (I think) wire out and solder a new wire in which will stop it.
I dont recomend pulling the lead though as in a crash the airbags set off differently if your belted up then not belted up and it could end up hurting yourself a lot.
The PSX kit is adjustable damping but fied hight an comes with either 30 or 60mm springs.
The RSX kit is the coilover kit for the car with adjustable damping. Not exactly sure on lowered will have to check.
Ive changed my order in the end to the RSX kit. £490 fully fitted which is chepaer...
I think they looked into buying a new shell and rebuilding it.
Since a new shell isnt that bad priced at somehting like £1.5k I think if theres not much else wrong with it it would make an excellent cheap Williams.
You can disconnect the seatbelt noist by pulling the black wire from the loom in the belt so the computer thinks you have youe belt on all the time. I dont recommend it though.
Earlier models dont have the buzzing noise bit added into the car.
Put the car infront of a brick wall and measure where the ligths are. Then sit on the boot. The rear axle has a sensor on it and will/should recognise the rear axle getting lower.
Dealerships can adjust the lights using there computers.
60mm full apex adjustable kit but see http://forum.cliosport.net/display_topic_threads.asp?ForumID=5&TopicID=121989&PagePosition=1&ThreadPage=1this thead Im having second (expensive) thourghts.
Ok Ive been and ordered a 60mm Apex adjustabel kit from Demon Tweeks but Im having second thourghts.
Fitment is £90 I think whatever. the Apex kit is £400 or so (total bill was £490 I think) but having a look the KW coilover kit (10mm lower at th front it seems) is £650. Is it worth the extra...
Maybe Im just unlucky but within the first 17k owning my car I got a rock on the radiator which was fixed when I crashed the car a month later. However this new radiator has got hit by another rock (at 35k) and since its £150 for a new one I want to find some way of protecting it.
I dont think...
