Tunning box will get ~84hp The 65 has more like 70hp stock and close on the same torque as the 172 or the 80dci. The 80dci has ~85hp in real life. Not that that will convince you if i were in your position Id probably do the same go for the more powerful engine.

Id realy recomend you look at the 65hp models much cheaper. The 100 is expensive as its the top spec diesel and its a complex expensive engine. Id realy recomend you barter for a yr or two old 65 or 80dci and think of all the drpeciation you wil save.
