Looks good mate, the only thing I'd point out is the oil reservoir should be level or below the supercharger, I removed my carbon canister and put it there.
Also, if you need oil in the future I can supply an alternative oil for around £40/L.
In my experience it's the planet gears getting scared of the dark and shearing in half, then getting trapped between the main diff casting and the gearbox outer casing and then breaking free.
Your injector failure is why I changed to 630cc DEKA's on my build. I had a megane injector fail, and luckily for me it completely died causing a misfire rather than a lean burn and a holed piston.
Second hand they don't fetch much, just due to the nature of it.
There are so many other options out there still retaining stock driveability.
I assume they are lcr cup cars? as the 6 speed box uses a different clutch

New wishbones come with bushes and ball joint. Don't buy pattern crap (but I doubt you'd do that anyway!)
Visually, impossible without levering it about.
Check the wishbone bushes. My experience of it is that it's the cv joint bottoming out on compression, whether this is due to it being low or worn bushes.
