    There is no marking on the pulleys. The tool locks the cams.

    You mean to say that cambelt timing hasn't slipped in the past? I've seen it on cars with the cambelt done poorly.

    You can read the lambda sensor, but this will only give you a voltage, not a lambda value/AFR.

    I've got a 03 plate clio in on Monday, 5k on the clock! Serviced by Renault every 6months, never had a cambelt. Even though she booked it in and told them every time, do what needs doing.

    As above. However if it was leaking before the belts were done, the garage should've told you/resealed it. I'm getting to the stage now where I'm thinking about including it in the cambelt change routinely.
