    Yeh. It will struggle/ won't idle. Dephaser disengages at 6500 too. Just replace it. For the amount of hassle it is to remove it it's just not worth it

    172 manifold comes out really easily. Not that I've ever had to change one. Inlet manifold off and it comes out the top

    You'll need a custom manifold, and down pipe then. I can sort all of that out if you wish, but as is the case with custom stuff it'll never be cheap!

    No, haven't got the stealth yet. Picking it up Saturday so I've got time to map it next week. I've done a datalog with it and there's certainly power to be made from it. Down in the 12.0 - 11.8 range up from 6500-7200, and in the 4000-6500 range it's up in the mid to high 13's.

    3 bolts around the top radiator hose and the stat comes out with the housing and just needs a bit of persuasion to leave.

    Yeh 3 hours is a good estimate (non cup involves the bumper and slam panel removed.) Worth putting ARP's in at the same time IMO.

    Do it up until it stops, the rubber will still slop around a bit. Then do the top it up as tight as possible.

    Well small (and picture lacking update) Belts and dephaser done, 197 cams fitted, rocker cover cleaned up as it had quite a major leak. H&R's fitted too.
