Looking good mate. Once you get your coilovers on it'll sort that weird stance Cups have as standard.
Just a question about the xenons though, do you have to have headlight washers jets with xenons for M.O.T purposes?
It was the 1st time I've driven the roads around there, so I was just staying in my comfort zone and was happy enough to just follow. That Ignis was quick though but I do agree, if the person in question knows the roads well, it makes a big difference.
Well I did manage to get in to 5th gear at one point ;) lol.
Most of it was pretty fast but the that bit where the photos are of was alot of twisty stuff. Also met a Suzuki ignis (I think it was) who decided to he wanted to play. Pretty shocking how quick it was actually lol
Good photos there mate ;) and I wondered what was you doing in your rear view mirror, now I know you was taking a photo. Lol.
Great day today though, great roads, some epic scenery and 200+ miles covered.
Mine is used for pretty much the same really and funnily enough I've been driving around North Wales today and the Sportlines seemed to do their job well today.
When I was running Avo Coilovers on a FRP'd zetec-s it struggled abit with bumpy B-roads, it had a habit of bouncing alot and causing...
Depends how sensitive your ears are ;)
I've got mine set up as an inter-changeable decat/cat so it's really easy to swap them around. Would they do that for you?
When I've got my decat on (basically the same as what yours will have) it was ridiculously loud and impossible to live with day to day. Got measured with a decibel reader at 114.6 I think it was.

It's the silver 04 plate 172.
Look for Feirny's pictures on that page, 2nd pic down just shows the rear wheel. If you search through the thread there will be more pictures of it
Also some more the car here...
No, I'll use them with my Sportlines, suppose to be one of the best set ups for road use. That's what JB was running on the LadyBower meet.
Have you bought your Konigsports brand new?
Yeah, works out £456 to buy the shocks individually and £445 if you buy the kit with springs.
Not looking to do anything soon though, got the dreaded car tax to pay at the end of this month :dead:
Actually, just reading it again, is that price stated per shock or do you get the pair for that price? £123 for two front shocks and £105 for two rear shocks does seem very cheap.
After witnessing the handling of JB's 172 on the recent Ladybower meet, I've been looking at Koni's adjustable shocks.
Been looking at prices and on larkspeed (seen here http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?c=KONISHOCKSRENAULT&s=category ) they're alot cheaper than k-tec's price of £500+. I take...
