Thanks mate ;)
Although the lad in the Silver 04 plate 172 was showing me up lol. Was pulling away from me on the straights and he was cornering quicker than me to.
Question is, were they worth it? lol
Was everyone in the other room at the pub? I wondered where everyone had gone as there was only a few of us in the room with the snooker table.
I see where you're coming from because I've nearly sold mine a couple of times, you even p.m'd me when I had mine up for sale, if you remember? lol. After a good drive I've realised I didn't want to sell it.
Even though I've had quite a few problems with it,and have become extremely...
Lovely looking car you have there Steve ;)
As said in the thread, the knocking noise will probably be engine mount related, common problem and normally is rectified by fitting fresh mounts. Also there's a guide on here somewhere for moving the upper engine mount abit.
Great cars but they have a habit of indicating right alot ;)
I've only ever driven the two Cups I've owned and a Trophy, never driven the 172 and 182FF so I'm not sure how different they drive. I just presumed there was little difference between them all.
Re: Jealous scummy low-life w**kers.
A jealous low life waster would key a car at random, I could understand it more if I'd actually pissed someone off but to attack for no good reason? pathetic really. Yeah at the time I threw a right wobbler in the carpark lol.
Re: Jealous scummy low-life w**kers.
Mate had ago at the key marks today, it's still not brilliant but looks alot better IMO. At least there's some paint in the scratch now and it won't rust up.
Yeahhh, I've read quite a few reviews about them and the reasonable ride quality. I use to have a FRP Zetec-S that was extremely low on Avo Coilovers and after that I said I'd never have coilovers on a car again. lol
Not to sure on how much it'll cost, Da would be someone to ask because he's had his fully aligned after fitting K-tec's Coilovers. I'm sure I've seen him mention in the region of £100+, could be wrong though.
Sounds like a plan, although mine's wearing a couple of battle scars at the moment due to some scummer keying it.
Felt the famous 5k now then eh? haha! Yeah the handling is good but that back end can break loose unexpectedly when driving spiritedly though lol.
Seem to get good reviews on here, was thinking about a set for mine as well but due to rough roads etc I'm still undecided.
Remember to to allow for getting it fully aligned in to your budget though once they've been fitted.
Looking good mate, never noticed that breather plate with the AngelWorks logo on it before, have you always had that fitted since you've had the boddies.
