I get the odd creak from mine and one time they were both doing it. Reading previous threads it's a common thing. Don't think there's much you can do it about it apart from what you've mentioned and replacing them with solid mounts.

What width are the tyres? Also is there any un-even wear on the tyres? When mine was running 215 width tyres, I suffered similar symptoms as you, trying to drive down a narrow bumpy road was a nightmare and if I planted the throttle it'd tramline on to the wrong side of the road.

From what i can tell Mondial Blue and Artic Blue are the same colour. I think Renault just named the colour differently for the 182s.
