They don't look great do they? probably even worse in person.
Person who won the bidding previously has probably gone up there to pick them up and refused to pay due to their condition.
I know it was a different car but on my old Escort I had Toyos on the front and Mitchellens (not PE2s) on the back and the car handled fairly well for what it was. The toyos started getting low so I swapped them around so the Toyos were on the back. That turned the car in to a right nightmare...
I think he has a problem, I understand people and their obsessions with their cars, but talking about them as they're a person? hmmmmm :S
Or is this another one of these joke adverts?
The lumpy idle, does it do it more when the engine is cold? My previous 172 Cup did it all the time when the engine was cold and went away when it'd warmed up. Only way I can think of getting rid of it is getting it re-mapped.
Had the car up, removed the shockers and they're fine, swapped the springs and made sure they were set in properly then dropped the car down off the axel stands. Car actually sat evenly on both sides, took the car for a quick drive around the block and it's gone back to the way it was...
Fitted my Eibachs on Monday and they've evened out the gaps between my wheels and wheel arches nicely. Only thing is, the offside rear is roughly 20mm lower than the rest of the car.
Pretty sure it'll be down to the rear shock on that side but I just wanted to get confirmation before I waste...

Guys selling quite a few Clio Sports parts.
Soak the bolts at the bottom that attach the bottom of the shocker to the rear hub in WD40 the night before you do them as well. That was the only way I could loosen them.
Yeah I plan on de-catting too. Motorway driving with a loud exhaust doesn't bother me, I drove an old mk3 fiesta without a back box up and down the motorway everyday to work for months a while ago. (to skint to afford a new one at the time)
Planning on changing my rotting standard exhaust in the near future, but I can't decide which one. Ktec's Supersports stealth or the Yozzasport race system.
I heard Liquid Forces Yozzasport system on his 182 the other night and it sounded immense but the 172 version I don't like the how the...
Majority of people on here have had negative experiences with inductions kits.
When I had a Viper on my previous Cup it seemed to improve acceleration, it may have been psychological due to the noise it was creating when I booted it.
