Lol good old Kwik Fit eh? Never use them again, one and only time I did I had front wheels tracked, got in the car and the steering wheel was severely on the pi5s. They'd forgot to clamp the steering wheel.
You can get them for £87.50 a corner on CamSkill and if you know a garage who'll fit...
Lol. I think Barron should get in contact with the seller and ask for a percentage on the sale if they sell for a high amount considering he's probably added a few hundred on the sale price after posting it on here.
Carry a brick around with you in the car and use that. ;)
Seriously though, if you can do with out the toys go for the 172 Cup, as you've said they're cheaper.
Wasn't with Direct Line but with a company called Eagle Star now known as Zurich. I rang them up and asked how much extra it'll cost me to fit an induction kit and an exhaust. They gave me a price and said it'll be saved on their system, I then fitted the mods and rang them up again to tell them...
Had another go at the bolt in question and managed to loosen it, while I had my tools out I decided to loosen the bolts on the front as I'll hopefully getting some Eibachs in the near future. While I was under the bonnet loosening the nuts at the top of the shockers I found the offside one was...
I think it depends on the mood of who's working there. I went to the ATS near me and asked them to fit a couple of brand new tyres, guy I spoke said they couldn't due to insurance reasons. Went back a couple of days later and asked the same thing to a different bloke and they fitted them for me. :S
Well I'm putting it down to being over-tightened. The bolt that attaches your shocker to the rear hub. Managed to loosen the offside bolt by soaking it in WD40 but the nearside bolt just won't budge.
I'm expecting the usual "man up" comments but does anyone have any ideas on how to loosen it...
Have a glance on prices on Ebay/PistonHeads and see what others are selling there's for and price it between those prices. If it's to high people will just avoid it, if it's to low people will think there's something wrong with it or it's just a scam.
I started a thread about how the rear end of my car and how it sits lower than the front, alot of suggestions were that the rear springs had sagged, changed them today but the car still sits in the same position.
Any other suggestions? Rear shocks are fine by the way. I might just go with my...
Unless the one you're going to look at is absolutely mint and a one off, shop around, be prepared to travel a fair distance and you'll get a good one for a decent price.
Hmmm! why does it ask you to sign in to YouTube? Thought you only had to sign in to see videos that were explicit or seriously violent just so you can confirm you're over 18?
LOL at Carcrafts prices, they've always been the same and will never change.
When ever I went to the one in Rochdale I just used them for test driving cars with no intention of buying, always amusing when the dealers eyes light up thinking they've got a sale, then after they've thrown the...
You'd be pushing it abit to get 195 just from the manifold/decat and a remap. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't you need ITBs to gain those sort of figures?
