Get the faults read through CLiP. I would guess at injectors or timing issues or wrong spark plugs. If it's any of those, feel free to send me a Curly Wurly.

Make sure the windows are clean. Make sure the pollen filter is new (within reason). Make sure the boot bump things or lights aren't leaking. Use the A/C more often / always. This is not rocket science...
