Has it been sat for ages ? Does it start ? If so, 20p says the clutch plates have rusted together. Brake pedal to the floor.. Crank the key and it should free within a couple meters.. Be ready to turn ignition off if not !!

Move to warmer climates. Changed the pollen filter ?

Why would you want to repel your windscreen ? I tend to find it keeps the rain off my face. But if you're after a glass sealant - Gtec G1 FTW, followed by G5 if you can't do G1
