the difference in hole spacing means that for the new hole to fit on the bracket, it has to be in such a place that throws the camber way out.
If it was that easy to get it right, I wouldn't have bothered spending months developing high quality cup fitment coilovers, I'd have got the die...
got to be bluntly honest, bumper removal is so blindingly simple, that if you have to ask how, then rebuilding the engine is probably more than you should be attempting
if you're getting cams, then get them and do it all once.
Any mapper worth using will check and adjust the balancing before putting the car on the dyno even
i couldn't get more than 0.5 deg on the cup pack ktec setup. My fitted price is in my traders section, and on my website, I wont fit new parts that I'm not supplying though. warranty implications. Let me know who's selling vmaxx that cheap....the distributor wont be happy as it undermines the...
avoid the ktec setup for 182 cup pack. You can't get enough camber. They're fine on other fitments for a budget setup, I'll supply and fit either, but for cup pack on a budget, vmaxx is the only option. TBH, save some more money and go for the spax setup. Night and day difference.

you've probably just disturbed the seal, they dont need replacing every time. it'll have come out of it's groove. Refit it and go
light on suggests you've left something unplugged
Re: Shims on no.2
thrust bearing ;)
have you got both thrusts in place?
and have you measured end float?
did you buy all new bearings? they normally come with the mains
I've seen the bearings collapse a few times. I'm pointing at the PAS pump as you say it happens on full lock though. It may still be the lower aux idler. It need all looking at properly
If you're going to buy fancy fluid, get ATE superblue. They're all much of a muchness really, but having blue fluid makes flushing the system a complete breeze
obvioulsy. Swings and roundabouts on the pad life vs cost if you're using 3 sets of disks to one set of pads, rather than 1 set of each with the pads costing half. Works out about the same
