f**k that!!!!!!!!
something like these is decent http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Heavy-Duty-Coil-Spring-Compressor-Kit-Free-24hr-Courier-/180595912703?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item2a0c5aefff
this type are really dodgy...
F4R and F7R are strange as far as NA goes in liking larger exhausts than you'd expect. I wouldn't hesitate to get rid of that nasty standard join and weld a straight exit on
mk3 clio/twingo K4M is quite different to the earlier engine.
The hole in the F4R plenum is primarily for the vacuum take-off that goes to the carbon canister. There's also a pin hole sized oil breather.
early ASTs had a couple of teething problems. Broken helper springs (just run without, they're coilbound as soon as you put weight on them) and some over tightened locking platforms
It's not too hard to modify the bolt spacing. They might do you some if you ask
I love my T1Rs. second set i'm using now, and I'm normally a Bridgestone man
Tyres are subjective at the end of the day, I actually prefer a bit of sidewall compliance, but not eveyrone does
