the size of the nozzle makes no difference. injecting into a pressurised vessel (the plenum) will reduce the injected pressure.
so 4 - 1.6 = 2.4
but then you add plenum pressure to the regulator, increasing your overall fuel pressure back to what you started with.
so 2.4 + 1.6 = 4
I have!! that's what the americans use as a benchmark, and generally american ATW figures are regarded as being the same as UK/European ATF figures.

1&4 suggests the coilpack as those cylinders use the same half of the coil. Speed sensor fault might be simply that it doesn't have one, I've seen that before. The O2 sensor needs some live data looking at
the maths (rule of thumb) say they will do 307 at 80% and 384 at 100% at 3bar (flywheel) bumping pressure will give a little more headroom, but not a lot.
I'd say it was a little optomistic for wheel power, but it's a really impressive build none the less

I'd be checking the bolts in the holes with the wheel off first, see if the seat is protruding at all. If it is then the wheel wont be held tight to the hub. If they bolt up ok and dont wobble, then.....well, have to make a judgement call on it really
looks like the bolts have come loose on them at some point and worn the hole a bit bigger. Hard to say without trying them, but the seat on a wheelbolt is fairly big

there's definitely a newer version of the crank. The difference it makes in reality is speculation
You can fit a 182 plenum to a 172 engine very easily, you just have to leave out 1 fairly insignificant bolt and block off one of the vacuum take offs (whichever you dont use for the carbon canister)
at the very least you'll need a t28 turbo, or better still a GT28RS
meggy injectors will do 320-330 ish bhp, but that's reduced if you keep the single fuel line setup as there's no pressure compensation.
