    422s and 423s will hit standard pistons, the valve cut-outs/pockets aren't big enough. 421s are the best cams for an F4R with stock compression in the majority of cases

    that's becuase they're the wrong bolts in those kits ;) there's very similar kits avialable with the right length bolts for more sensible prices

    the silicon is probably causing more problems really. Clean it all up, and while you're there make sure the upper to lower manifold sealing faces are clean and the gasket is flat

    this seal no silicon needed on it, just the rubber seal in the machined groove

    that's not a proper history really, and when the car is still relatively new (under 10 years) is will effect the value. Receipts for parts tell you nothing about who has done the work

    as said above. get it running, and spray something like brake cleaner or wd-40 at all the joins etc, one by one. If the revs change you've found your leak

    OK, had to try this again to get email and calender working...... anyone else getting freezing up and massive CPU over-use (over 50% just to run messenger!!!!)??? only seems to happen if i have more than 1 conversation open, but messenger should take next to nothing to run :S
