You'll struggle like hell to make them idle well on the stock ECU though, it just doesn't adjust the FBW fast enough to account for the pulse reversion effect you get in a plenum with these cams. higher idle might just about make it acceptable

if you get the right plugs they are pre-gapped (the -10 bit in the part number means 1mm)
However it's a good idea to inspect each plug to make sure it's not been knocked and the gap closed up
Correct torque (according to NGK) is 24-29 Nm
When i talked to Flux a few years back about 205 gti Mi16 swap, they asked about brake upgrades and said the extra premium for the engine swap would be reduced if the brakes were upgraded
