There's lots of editing software available, but the correct location files to decode the hexadecimal files which make up your maps aren't freely available
could use a C-spanner to undo the lock ring (same as coilovers in effect). If that's a no go, loosening the ring with a blunt punch/drift/screwdriver and a hammer is viable. You'll find some chewed up O-rings when you get it apart.
Whole shock/spring assembly has to come out to remove them
never seen lifters go on an F4R. Heard it claimed, but they dont really work in a way they can "go". De-phaser sounds likely. could be incorrectly fitted belt

dont waste time on making OEM stuff fit. If you're uprating, do it with something at least fairly decent, especially for the money...
120mm trumpets fit ok. it's pretty tight but they do go even with a filter
have to slightly deform the filter once it's on to stop it rubbing on the bonnet and splitting
weber ECUs can only be mapped by very limited number of places, the software isn't freely available. Northampton Motorsport do it IIRC, and Troy's pretty good
i've had a gasket kit from Renault a few times that's had every combination of seals and bolts you can think of for an F4R (vvt, non vvt, etc) I have a box of about 30 spare cam seals, cam nuts, and phase shifter bolts because of it lol
