well the cat makes a big difference to noise, and the ph1 twin cat is actually not very restrictive at all, so i'd keep that and whack on a 2.5 inch cat back
172s love bigger exhausts, unusually for an NA engine. droopy donkey dick tailpipe will help keep the noise down. If you want to be flash....get a re-packable backbox
we have this signal booster that plugs into the mains power supply from the router. Not quite sure how it works, but the signal all over the house is fantastic. I'm 2 floors above the router and i have 4/5 bars of signal
AFAIK there's only a couple of sets been fitted. Believe they're holding back until the gen90 is in stock in proper numbers (very soon was mentioned on a recent post by David) before pushing the new kits. Just call and ask
Glad someone else thinks they're c**ts on the genius bar. Going with a mate to try nd fix a problem on his 3gs tipped me into the NEVER buying apple catagory
always found VW insurance to be more expensive than other similar cars. Quoted to change from my 1.9 205 gti to a mk2 golf gti once, they wanted £800 more. Justification was, "well it is a GTI" .....no s**t, what was i already a driving LOL

Shitloads of pad options if you're particularly hard on these things
depending where you are in the country, there's a few specialists around, avoid renault and non clio knowledgable garages, and you'll be looking somewhere around £500 to do the cambelt with both full belt kits
