new stud is about £8 from renault IIRC. you can remove the old one with some heat to soften the threadlock. Its the nut that's recommended to be replaced when the pulley is removed.
it will make a difference, but remember the crank turns twice to every rotation of the cams, so try turning the crank once and the cams should be close to the correct position
converting from diesel to petrol. PITA. Majorly not worth the hastle, especially for a 1.4 16v. the DCI engine is great to start with, and with a 100 setup, quite fast, and £35 a year tax
that's toooooooo cheap, and your cambelt is over a year overdue.
Make 100% sure they're using a full cambelt KIT, and not just a belt, and that they have the genuine renault locking tools (not copys)
