ph1s do give better results form tuning, but it's generally the slightly more serious tuning where you see a difference. ITBs for example, i'd expect 5bhp more from the same kit on a ph1, than a 182
it's down to exhaust heat. you can map it in so the exhaust gets hot on the over-run, then a tap of the throttle throws some fuel in, and pop bang flame

There's specific sealer spray that stops water getting into the wrap.
Did it to the GDI demo car as the bulkhead heatshield fell apart and wanted to protect the brake lines.
Attaching harneses to a strut brace is stupid enough on it's own, but to an aluminium one???
Rear strut braces that attach to the shocks on a clio are totally pointless. They only "work" on vehicles where the strut can effect the geometry.
A harness bar should be out of steel, and fixed...
if it's the join from cat to center section, i'd suggest a new clamp also. re-used clamps can be quite hit and miss, as they wear. Check out the end of the cat for wear too, the 182 cat often rubs through or cracks at/near the join
