used an ecotek valve to get a car with high CO through an MOT before. Just a vacuum leak really. useless apart from that. The spray stuff, i've looked at many times and never been convinced to try it.
Re: Are my coilovers assembled properly? URGENT!
looks ok to me. If you're worried the thin nut isn't on far enough, get it on the car with some weight on it and try to do it up more.
I'd sling a lump in it TBH, if someone's taken it apart, you dont know what's been broken or lost. trying to find all the bits when you didn't take it apart is the worst job in the world. Unsure on what to pay, not much IMO.
I just let it run down (whilst extracting the filter as quickly as possible once undone) leave it to drain for a few minutes, then give it all a blow off with brake cleaner, into the drain pan
completely stock internals though, so not like they'd done anything wrong to the engine. With the sadev box The engine is living WAY up in the revs so engine life is naturally shortened. These things just give the oportunity for bigger and better, that's how really silly cars come about.
I use the square holes just slightly further out from where you've used for the bonnet pins. Tried both and it works better. Also, the "kit" contains brackets to secure the grille that attach to the holes you've used
