Tensioner has gone over center. If they stick at that point the tensioner needs taking off and either replacing or stripping down and cleaning out the pivot bush (I'd do that if the idler on the tensioner is smooth and runs straight with no damage to the wheel)
it's FAR more than a base map. Months of development have gone into maps for each Sport Clio variant. There's a little safety built into the maps, nothing you'd notice to drive, and you'd be hard pushed to improve on them.
As with anything they're simple when done right :) Fitting is available from us (GDI) or K-tec if you're not confident, but there's a very good fitting manual, and the kit is very comprehensive.
Running costs should be fine. You'll only notice higher fuel consumption if you drive hard a lot...
hit it HARD with a hammer on the front, on the hub bit as that's where it's sticking. 3 or 4 good hits there, then start knocking it off from behind and it should come easy
wasn't me that got the wheels, was my old housemate.
Jays white one was the purple one post japfest crash repairs
Can probably locate rimz. How's your Japanese? lol
"J4P SX" is Jules' plate, 100%. And I used those wheels as a table before he bought them :clown: (in their box ;) )
Jay sold the whole car and bought a bike and an M3. THAT was a sick machine though. Was RB26 not 25 btw ;)
I've made my own special tool for the adjuster. a piece of 1 inch steel strip, bent in the right place, with a cut off piece of 3/8th extension bar welded on. I've given it enough length so it's only a small effort to pull on the tensioner. Easy peasy
