    Super is a waste of time on the road. The only time i use super is before a hill climb or a sprint, i run one tank through before hand then put in as much as i need for that event. If your just driving to work of the shops i really dont see the point.

    Tbh you wont get a decent one much cheaper than that. The K-tec one is a helix so very good. http://www.mardigras.co.uk/ are the main supplier of helix clutches, I bought my cup racer one from there cost me around £413 but i didnt pay vat as i live in Jersey

    Just done the cambelt on my 172's engine. I borrowed the 3 tools needed from my Renault dealer and followed the Renault guide to the letter.     Nope its not that one, Its a silver phase 1 172 with a carbon bonnet. Looks like im going to have to call AWT unless Fred can find out.

    Not sure it has that inlet tbh. The work was done atleast 2-3 years ago, and i dont think AWT were doing those inlets then. The guy that had the work done said it was 212bhp but its sounding more and more like its crap lol.

    If there standard phase 1 shafts then its not one from a cup racer as you have to use the sadev shafts due to the sadev LSD they use.

    It will have one fitted or the rear brakes will just lock up. It just fixed on the cup (no adjusting arm)

    Thinking of getting one of there Aluminium crank pulleys while i have the engine out of the cup car. Does anyone have any experiance of them? Ive noticed the standard one has a rubber damper in it, but the prima one doesnt. Is this actually needed? i dont want to buy one then have issues...

    Re: Would you but this z4? The car will be fine aslong as it has had its its services, but do you really want to fork out £7.5k for a car that already has 100,000 miles? It would have to be outstanding condition with FBMWSH for me to pay that.

    Id like to see an insurance assesor tell the difference between standard springs and eibach pro's. There OE on some cars now anyway. Are they going to start making all people with old cars where the springs have sagged buy new springs as there car is not the correct ride height anymore? ofcourse...
