I did look at them but they're over £500, if I was thinking of spending that much I'd consider going flat out and getting coilovers but I don't think thats what I'm looking for...
Can get a whole set of new shocks for roughly £200, £300 spare for other things :)
After a great blast today I realised that I'm getting ahead of myself with coilovers - all the great drives in all the renaults I've had (more specifically the 172 and the williams) have all been on standard suspension, soaking up all the road has to offer while still giving decent levels of...
Looks great without the whale splitter lol..
I'd be more inclined to go with something like a small 307 splitter with it being low, saves you bashing these fragile cup splitters!
I love exclusives, that exhaust is one of the worst I've seen mind! Sometimes wish I'd have bought an exclusive and put some silver turinis on it/cup spoiler, splitter...
If the OH likes it then why the hell not!
The interiors immaculate - straight away the steering wheel says its been cared...
I'm not addicted but I do tend to buy my fave films again on blu ray purely because I love how much better blu ray looks to dvd..
Not got into buying random blu rays yet!
I've driven my williams for the last 4 years in winter and not died - infact the 172 is the first abs car I've owned and I hated it last winter!
I'd rather have no abs in winter to be honest!
I've got both sets of steelies lol
the 7j ones are williams spare steel wheels - so you have to either buy them new or find four spare willy wheels like I did :)
They're going on the 172 at some point when its lowered!
Upto now the only thing i've ever done is take off modsl lol,
Apart from swapping the odd bit with genuine renault bits i've not done much, my mk1 16v had silver williams wheels on it and spoiler - my williams was beyond standard!!
The 172's only got a cup spoiler for now, i'm itching to play...
New ones tend to go that way too - you can buy replica decals to go over the existing print and looks miles better, although I did get a new cover to apply it too :)
