I bought a set of 15's with the intention of putting some Winter tyres on them, however will just put some decent normal ones on instead. Managed to get stranded a few times last year but for the sake of a couple of days I don't see the point.

Also bearings are more expensive if you have cup packs, didn't realise they used different ones.

When I phoned to book it in he suggested it was the wheel bearing from my description. Took it in and they done quick road test and confirmed the noise was coming from the front. He then got one of the guys to jack it up to check, missed what he...

Got mine sorted today, was my front near side wheel bearing. All good now, although my wallets feels lighter.
Agree with the above. Seeing as how this is your track toy avoid the Racelands, if you want something cheap go for the sportlines/whiteline arb combo. Also get a project thread going.

I had the the Super Sports (straight through) but changed the centre to the silenced version last week. With the silenced centre it is very quiet, too quiet in fact so will probably end up putting the straight through back on once the weather clears up a bit.

Would recommend a puller to get the wipers off, drivers side took a bit of work to get off on mine.
Both pumps are the same and push fit into a rubber seal on the water tank...
There are 2 pumps, one for the windscreen and one for the headlight washers so you can swap these around to check if they are working.
There is a 'fix' somewhere on here about trimming the rubber bung in the washer motor but for the sake of £5 I just replaced the motor. Most difficult part...
