Those flamebeater ones are way too small to put out an engine bay fire once it takes hold. 1 KG or bigger defo. And keep it close to hand, not in the boot where I find most people seem to store them. I keep mine in the passenger footwell.

This happens to me occasionally. Go for a long drive and thrash the life out of it, hit the rev limiter in every gear. Works for me! :p

I had these springs on my cup before I got the coilovers, they are seriously good quality springs. Great handling without the harshness associated with stiffer springs. They dont lower by much though 10-15mm by my measurements, but if it aint a cosmetic mod your after, I'd reccomend them over...
