Under ELM BT modules IAT = Inlet Air Temp CWT = Coolant Temp (°c) 78°c is too low. The thermostat should regulate at around 88-90°c if healthy and when really hot it may see 100°c. Pull your stat out and I bet the rubber seal isn't sat right... new stat time.

The D-shape tool is a position setting tool, not a lock tool. Try using it as such and it'll bend the tool amd destroy your cams.

Why, i'm not an engine builder lol? It's my own car so corners were cut (didn't check test them prior to fitting) so it's my own fault. It was all done and dusted and running before 5pm though.

Yeah, the head was built up from a used head that I thought had 8 clipped valves... didn't check the other 8 though. It was only down 50psi on all four but enough to warrant pulling it.

Well, back on schedule now (With compression)... fekking bent valves!
