I've only ever really looked at the Odessey units (which are noticeably lighter) but are they *really* worth it when you can buy something like a Bosch S3/4 in 063 or smaller for £43 which in the above situation would surely have allowed you to push on for longer? (Honest question BTW)

What I believe they're saying Bruce (hello BTW) is that CLIP is the best option as it will categorically state that the SRS Module is in fact okay or not. I know other bits of kit are "strong" on the Renaults but you will never beat the OE tool on any marque IMO. What I think is the problem...

When you sign up be sure to click the "Get free space" link in the top left of your setup screen. They have you jump through some virtual hoops such as "like" on Facebook, setup mobile access, etc but they'll give you 2yrs free space for doing so. I've got something daft like 500Gb free storage...

Dropbox does all of that except the scheduled backups... shame really because I use it to backup my main database to daily and its awesome. Maybe the business level Dropbox would be something to look into?

Mk1 Ph3... best Clio I ever had even with headlamp lenses that just dropped out at traffic lights. Loved it so much I dropped a 2.0 16v in it. Looks very well on the white steelies

As above, Pure Motorsport solid bearing kit. I have it myself, it is an excellent upgrade that doesn't cost that much really so do it. You may also wish to consider the gusset kit for the rear to but its not essential. That is all.

I prefer the standard Dia wheel. You kids and your small wheels. Looks a nice job but I too am a little unsure on the grip replacement. Nice to see something different though.

Its unlikely to be a loose bolt... just buy a new one and stop being tight.

Yes, for some with the correct equipment it can be done. CLIP won't do this though and you'll need someone that can recode units

I only put mine in the day before then set them up at the garages with a cheap magnetic setup from eBay. They're not perfect but give you better adjustability than pure guess work (though I got SBridgey's about there from eye).

That's the one, easy to change to but try and buy a genuine Renault unit. They're not cheap but better than the cheapo veraions on the dugger-duggers
