I'm not falling in to that trap, sorry... just have to wait for pics and judge yourself i'm afraid. Its good IMO but that's by no means a contractual promise
From me then a 1.2 16v is £233.33 including VAT and that's using genuine Renault parts and with changing the water pump to (Again, genuine).

Just because i'm ginger, no need to get all hatey and racist! You can tell Balderton as they all drive around in Lexus's, Audi's and BMW's... Newark keeps it "Jenny from the block" with the Transits and Corsa's and no-one dicks with them in Asda carpark.
Pete makes some good points I think regarding standard cars vs standard cars performance wise and just enjoying it as driver ability is where it really is in a series like this. I myself am not a consistent driver and I need to practise as well as inflate the ballsack some after watching the top...
Sounds UCH related to me this does. Firstly you will need to confirm the wiring link between the pickup in the ignition barrel and the UCH followed by the power and earth to the ring.
It is also possible the ring is faulty to but in my experience, genuine faults here are rare amd its normally...
It "bumps" the idle as you say when moving to stop it stalling as the management knows the car is in motion but with little to no load but as the PAS pressure switch is making a demand it adds some numbers to the base idle target speed.
Very normal
It could be a UCH issue yes as it does control and manage security but you'd need to see what was happening on CLIP really and make a decision of key or UCH accordingly.
They're no different to any other car out there. Common rail diesel is just a pain in the arse when they go wrong no matter what badge it has on the front.
That's an internal diagnostic for the clockset only as it doesn't interface via CLIP. It is not vehicle diagnostics.
Right, throw the tinfoil the f**k away. All ot does is inhibits the transmission of the key code to the inductive pickup in the ignition barrel.
When you put the key in what is the dash doing light wise?
