Sounds more like a water pump issue to me. Heaters going cold all of a sudden is normally due to air in the matrix or a lack of flow/pressure.

You can run em yes but you'll need an ignition only management system still. I don't know of any Renaults running a carb'd F4R but there's a couple of Volvos I believe.

A flashing MIL means you have a fault that has potential to damage the CAT. Normally its down to a faulty ignition coil or injector... normally. Does the car start and run fine or does it missfire?

Imob is part of the MTU and can't be removed... but as the engine is spinning over it rules the imob out. What have you actually "checked" on the various items above?

Other than the oil you'll need an oil filter (913) and a new sump plug washer.

Whats with the runway light as a shift indicator... that fooker looks like it'll burn your retinas out if it came on.

So you've got a solid red light... welcome to X65 ownership problems. An emulator or bypass plug won't help you im afraid as the immobiliser itself is not the problem. Have you had the car looked at properly... as in by someone that actually knows what they're on with electrically?

I think you're confusing the courtesy light wiring with the inertia reel wiring as these ARE linked to the SRS system. Yes, you can completely remive the lighting part of the wiring loom... once you go there though you can't go back so think if its what you really want.

Just leave them alone in "open circuit" and the courtesy lights wil stay off. If you're really tidying the loom you can remive them completely.
