ITG isn't any better than K&N or Green for panels...it just seems to be the choice of filter on here.
If you have £400 to spend the Maxogen is a nice piece of kit but on it's own without mapping etc isn't that cost effective.
I would just drop a good panel filter in the OE box then go for...
As above..lots of money.
Clio is quite a light car so unless your really hammering it on tracks then teh OE calipers coupled with some decent pads & discs should be up to the job.
Up to you though.....Brembos certainly look the buisness and will be better than the orignal setup under hard use.
lol
I may help her out with an upgrade to something newer but I'm definately not letting her drive the 172.
She is a good driver but has only had her licence for a year so needs to build up a few more years no claims before getting in something rapid.
If it was there before it went into the dealers it should be replaced and returned to you as you left it.
I'd get back onto them and get it repleced with a proper one with the sensor in.
My GF wants me to sell the 172 to get a joint car....I'm not to keen on the idea at all.
Her 1.2 clio is pretty reliable but it's fairly well bashed/scraped where she has reversed into bollards etc.
