Sounds unusual for the fuel rail to fail with the cambelt problem..I'd get some second opinons on that one...Get in touch with Rentech, GDI or Yozzasport and they can probably help you out.

Had a Magnex on my 172.....twin 3,5 inch pipes way too big for the car and it looked silly.
Sounded nice though...got a K-tec steslth on it now which is lighter and not visible ike the OE system:)
Bumper off is pretty easy....just make sure you get some spare dirt shield plugs from Renault as they get pretty foked when you prise them off.....IIRC it's a couple per wheel arch
Yeah...those stickers are pretty bad aren't they lol
Spec looks good though...must have costed a fair bit to put together. I'd also be interested in finding out where all the engine work has been done.
